What Are Your Sources?

This is a terrible move on my part.

Since starting this blog, I’ve been drowning in material to read, watch, and listen to I’m interested in writing about.  I’ve sifted through all my usual sources of discovering material, and struck gold a number of times.  That’s made me wonder, how others find their Next Big Thing?

I considered setting this up as a poll, or listing some of my sources for new and interesting material, but decided that it would be more interesting to open the floor and see what corners of the internet you use to locate those things that entertain you most.  What blogs pointed you to your new favorite author?  What sites or networks have turned you on to the band you’re currently obsessed with?

I’m not listing mine, mainly because I don’t want people to stop commenting just because I’ve already heard of a particular favorite.  I am, however, looking forward to using part of this weekend exploring your recommendations, so let rip!
